I lead technology organizations where the stakes are real, the inputs are messy, and people still need to make progress on Monday. My work spans AI and ML platforms, cloud-native systems, identity, mobile security, and the operating mechanics around all of them.
I’m most useful where a company needs both leadership depth and technical credibility: finding the actual constraint, aligning people around a sensible plan, and leaving behind systems that do not require a hero to operate.
Useful working habits
Write it down. Good writing exposes fuzzy thinking before it becomes expensive.
Measure the bottleneck. Don’t add process to a problem you haven’t located.
Leave a mechanism. The best fix still works when its author is on vacation.
